Connect ticketing, promoter attribution, entry, cashless payments, and guest retention in one platform. Know who brought every guest, what they spent, and how to bring them back.
FUNC Venue is in development. The existing FUNC ticketing, promoter, and door products are live today.
The operator problem
Most nightlife operators run the same night across separate tools that never talk to each other. The ticket knows one thing, the door knows another, the POS knows a third, and nobody can connect them afterward. FUNC Venue is being designed as the connective operating layer across all of it.
The guest journey
The same FUNC ecosystem that sells the ticket and runs the door is being extended through the rest of the night — so the guest journey stays one continuous record instead of six disconnected ones.
A guest finds the event and buys a ticket through FUNC — today's product.
Rotating QR entry at the door, with duplicate-scan protection.
Planned: connect a payment method once and open a secure venue tab.
Planned: bartenders scan the credential and add orders.
Planned: venue-scoped loyalty tied to real attendance and spend.
Planned: consent-aware remarketing to the guests who actually show up.
Enterprise capabilities
Every capability below is in development. Nothing here is live yet.
Planned cashless venue tabs connected to a phone or wristband credential — no card handoff.
Planned guest credential linking ticket, entry, tab access, VIP permissions, and rewards.
Planned venue-scoped guest profiles built from attendance, ticket source, and venue activity.
Planned: extend today's promoter attribution past the ticket into what the guest actually spent.
Planned rewards programs scoped to your venue, with balances tied to real visits.
Planned integration layer so FUNC Pay activity can reconcile with your existing point of sale.
Today's VIP and table tiers, extended with planned in-venue service and tab workflows.
Planned reporting across events and locations for venue groups and high-volume operators.
Guest intelligence · Planned
FUNC Venue is being designed around venue-scoped guest profiles: the people who actually walked through your door, where they came from, and what they did once they were inside.
Guest data is scoped to the venue that earned the relationship. FUNC does not sell personal information and does not share customer lists between unrelated venues. Venue marketing permission is tracked separately from FUNC marketing permission, per channel.
We're working with nightlife operators and high-volume event teams to design the next layer of FUNC. Contact us to discuss your workflow, integrations, or a future design-partner pilot.
FAQ
FUNC Venue is the planned enterprise package of the FUNC operating system, designed for nightclubs, venue groups, and high-volume event operators. It is intended to connect ticketing, promoter attribution, entry, cashless payments, guest intelligence, loyalty, and multi-location reporting in one platform.
No. FUNC Venue is in development. The existing FUNC product — event creation, ticketing, promoter attribution and commissions, QR check-in, VIP and table tiers, and Stripe payouts — is live today. Everything described on this page as planned or coming soon is not yet available.
No. FUNC Venue is part of the same FUNC company and the same operating system. It is an enterprise layer on top of the platform you already use, not a different app or brand.
FUNC Pay is the planned cashless payment capability inside FUNC Venue. It is being designed to let guests connect a payment method once and use a phone QR code or venue-issued wristband to access a secure tab. It is not currently available and cannot process bar transactions today.
FUNC Pass is the planned guest credential — a rotating phone QR code, a mobile-wallet pass, or a QR wristband (with NFC considered later) — connecting a guest's ticket, tab, access privileges, and rewards. It is a venue-issued software credential, not government identification.
That is not the goal. FUNC Venue is being designed with a planned POS integration layer so cashless tab activity can reconcile with the point of sale you already run. Integration scope will be defined with design partners.
The venue. FUNC provides software. FUNC does not independently verify a guest's age or eligibility to purchase alcohol, and does not make admission or service decisions. Venues remain responsible for identification checks, admission, alcohol service, staff conduct, and regulatory compliance.
