Festival stack
Early bird → tier 2 → final release with per-tier sale windows and caps. Camping and glamping as premium tiers on top.
Watch inventory sell across every tier and see live check-in counts as gates run.
Add as many scanner-role staff as you need on Pro. Every scan syncs across every phone in real time.
No wristband stock, no shipping — every ticket is a live cryptographic QR on the phone.
Split reporting by tier so you know which releases are selling and which need a push.
Second scan flags the first with the original check-in time — evidence when a ticket walks up twice.
The festival playbook
Early bird → tier 2 → tier 3 → final release — each with its own sale window and inventory cap. Then camping and VIP glamping as premium tiers on top. Everyone gets a rotating QR that scans at the gate.
Staff at scale
Add every scanner you need — bouncers, volunteers, box-office — to a single event. Every scan syncs across every phone in real time. Duplicate scans surface the original check-in on the spot, and the recent-orders view shows exactly which ticket was scanned when.
FAQ
Yes. Camping and VIP glamping are premium tiers you attach to the same event. Buyers add them at checkout in one flow.
No — the rotating QR replaces wristbands entirely. Buyers show the phone at the gate. If you still want wristbands, use FUNC as the underlying inventory and print separately.
Not yet. Today a festival sells as a single event with one QR that scans at the gate — great for one-gate festivals and campgrounds where entry is once. Multi-day passes that mint per-day entitlements and re-scan each morning are on the roadmap.
Not yet as a dedicated credential system. Today comp access is handled via password-gated $0 tiers with usage caps (share one code per group) or by adding people directly as event staff for door access. A first-class credential system with zone-level permissions is on the roadmap.
Not yet. Capacity is tracked per tier and per event today. Per-zone capacity (main stage vs. side stage vs. campground with independent limits) is on the roadmap.
