Most platforms treat VIP as a text field on a normal ticket. FUNC treats it as its own tier — with its own price, inventory, sale window, per-buyer cap, and optional password. Standard 15% platform fee, always passed to the buyer as a service fee.

Do I need a Pro plan to sell VIP?+
Yes — premium tiers (VIP, bottle service, tables) are a Pro feature. Free-plan events can still sell GA and standard tiers with everything else included.
Can I take a deposit and collect the balance at the door?+
Not yet — VIP tiers are currently full-pay online. Split deposits are on the roadmap.
Can I attach add-ons like bottles or bundles to a VIP ticket?+
Not as a native add-on flow yet. For now, model each configuration as its own tier (e.g. "VIP Table + 2 Bottles") with its own price and inventory. Add-on bundling is on the roadmap.
How are fees calculated on VIP?+
Standard 15% platform fee no matter the ticket price — no ceiling, no surcharge. Always passed to the buyer as a service fee so what you list is what you keep.
